STIM has a complete installation of drying which comprises :
- A parking for unloading and do preliminary de lumping and coarse sieving
- A rotary dryer linked to fairly large dust collector with all necessary safety features
- A delumper / crusher at the outlet of the dryer
- A silo for storing the dry products, with a capacity of 50 tones (special packaging is also possible)
Upon delivery, the wet raw materials are kept under cover and its area can house some 300 tones if necessary.
Dusts generated during drying are collected and back incorporated into the dry product all along of the operation to minimize any variation of the particle size distribution of the said dry product.
